 Horizon Ltd hosts weekly tobacco auctions every Wednesday during the harvest season. These auctions reflect the traditional style that has been in place since the building's construction in the 1950s. Farmers bring in their harvests to sell tobacco directly to buyers, maintaining Wilson’s role as a central hub in the leaf trade.

We facilitate direct contracting between tobacco growers and buyers.

Through direct contracting, growers benefit from clearly defined agreements covering pricing, quality standards, and production expectations.

  Our brokering services connect sellers with reputable purchasers while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. We assist in negotiating fair pricing, evaluating product quality, and aligning supply with demand. 

 Our T.A.G.S. (Tobacco Assessment & Grading System) insurance grading service provides a structured evaluation to assess tobacco quality for insurance and risk‑management purposes; inspections are performed by a U.S.D.A. inspector to ensure accurate classification by condition, grade standards, and market value.
